- Accounts are created through Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorize us to receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content

6. Solution Listings
- Tool listings are submitted by users or claimed by tool owners. Umatyn verifies basic information but does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any listed solution.
- Listing a tool on Umatyn does not imply a partnership, affiliation, or certification by Umatyn.
- Tool owners who claim their listing agree to keep their information accurate and up to date.
- We reserve the right to modify, feature, or remove listings at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Umatyn name, logo, design, and platform code are the property of Umatyn and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Tool names, logos, and trademarks displayed in listings belong to their respective owners.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Umatyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any tool listing, review, or user-submitted content.
- Your use of any tool listed on Umatyn is entirely at your own risk.
9. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through /dashboard/settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
